Respond differently to difficult people and old patterns.
Release bitterness without denying or bypassing your pain.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to “just get over it.” It’s about finally connecting with what your heart has been trying to resolve all along
Live online • Limited spots
Come as you are — no perfect attitude required.
If you’ve tried to forgive — prayed, journaled, talked it through — and still feel a knot in your stomach around certain people or memories, you’re not broken or behind. You simply haven’t been shown a clear, honest path forward… yet.
You replay conversations in your head and feel your body tense up all over again.
You’ve said, “I forgive them,” but the anger or sadness still flares up unexpectedly.
You worry that forgiving will open the door to being hurt again
You’re exhausted from carrying resentment, but you also don’t want to forget what happened.
You want peace — not amnesia, not denial, not pretending it was “no big deal.”
Name and honour what you experienced — without sugarcoating.
Understand the hidden cost of holding on to resentment in your body and relationships.
Follow a step-by-step process to forgive that doesn’t rush your heart.
Protect yourself and feel safe as you release and move forward.
Leave with practical tools you can use whenever old pain gets triggered.
This isn’t a lecture you’ll forget in a week. It’s a guided experience designed to shift how you relate to your old pain — so the weight you’ve been carrying finally has somewhere to go.
Name what you’re actually feeling instead of staying stuck in vague anger or numbness. Understand where resentment ends and healthy self-respect begins — a shift from fear to love that lets you relate to yourself and others differently.
Notice where unforgiveness has been living in your nervous system — and practice releasing patterns like resisting, shutting down, or replaying past scenes on repeat — so your body finally feels lighter and freer.
Stop making current friends, partners, or coworkers pay for what someone else did. Learn to prioritise your wellbeing and respond to conflict without dragging old wounds into new moments.
You can keep your camera off, use the chat only, or simply listen. You’ll be guided step by step, so you can participate at your own pace.
Gently bring into focus a specific situation or person. You’ll map out what actually happened, what it cost you, and what you’ve been carrying since — without rushing past the pain.
Gently bring a specific situation or person into focus. You’ll briefly name what you experienced and then release the feelings tied to it.
You’ll be guided through a practical release process and shown how to integrate what you’ve done into daily life — including what to do when old feelings resurface.

I’I’m Hanna Kok, and I don’t rush forgiveness. My journey with forgiveness began in 1996 after my husband was killed in an armed robbery. Since then, I’ve walked alongside many people as they untangle old hurts — not by pretending everything’s fine, but by truly honouring what they went through and how it shaped them.
I created Forgiveness: The Way Forward because many people work hard to forgive without ever being shown a way that respects their experience, listens to their nervous system, and strengthens their self-respect.
My approach blends practical tools, spiritual insight, and a deep understanding of human behaviour — no shaming, no pressure, no one asking you to share more than you want. Just a gentle, clear path toward the freedom you’ve been looking for.
My promise: You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own heart and clear steps to walk lighter — even if full forgiveness still feels far away.
""Meeting Hanna and learning about forgiving others and myself, without guilt, has been an eye-opener for me. A new set of skills to enjoy life and have peace within myself. Workshops open your eyes to a new journey forward."
[Pam Eardley]
"Hanna was very insightful and guided me to greater understanding. Our interaction had a welcome, pragmatic and logical approach that had me engaged in the process. I look forward to more time with Hanna as it feels like growth with measurable results."
[Ian Fourie]

Where: Zoom (link sent after you sign up)
Investment: We don’t want cost to stop you from joining. This workshop is valued at $97,
However South African participants can attend for only R200, and international participants for $20.
Who it’s for: Anyone carrying hurt from family, friendships, romantic relationships, work, community, or spiritual spaces — who is ready to explore forgiveness without rushing their heart.
You don’t need to feel ready to forgive before you sign up. You just need a tiny bit of willingness to explore a different way than replaying the same story and hoping it hurts less next time.
Then you’re in the right place. This workshop is not about forcing forgiveness on a schedule. It’s about understanding what your heart has been holding, learning what forgiveness actually is, and giving you tools for whenever you’re ready — whether that’s now or months from now. Simply attending can bring clarity and relief, even if you’re not ready to fully forgive by the end.
No. You always get to choose your level of participation. You’re welcome to keep your camera off, share only in the chat, or simply listen and do the exercises privately. You can still receive a lot from the process without ever giving details about what happened.
Absolutely not. Forgiveness and reconciliation are not the same. In this workshop, we explore the difference and show how self-respect naturally creates boundaries that protect your safety and dignity. You can forgive someone and still decide not to maintain a close relationship with them.
This workshop doesn’t minimise any harm, including abuse, betrayal, or ongoing mistreatment. We will never tell you to “just move on.” Instead of focusing on the details of what happened, we work with the feelings you’re carrying and guide you toward shifting them — at a pace that respects your nervous system and your experience.
If you can’t join live, you’ll receive access to a replay of the main teaching and guided exercises (excluding any sensitive live sharing). You can go through it on your own time and repeat the practices whenever you need them.
Reserve your spot in the Forgiveness: The Way Forward Workshop and give yourself a protected space to finally process what happened, understand what forgiveness really asks of you, and take a real step toward peace.
